Casper Rila

Casper Rila (1982) is a Rotterdam photographer.

After graduating cum laude at the Willem de Kooning Academy in Rotterdam, he obtained his Master Photography at the St. Joost Academy in 2006. In the meantime, he developed his own style within commercial photography. His work is characterized by the use of a lot of light and special locations. He makes editorial work for, among others, the magazines Esquire, Runnersworld, Quote, Soigneur, Santos and Wired. In partnership with Jet van Schie Casper founded 500watt, a production company that specializes in high-end photography and video productions.
